Based in East London, Mamma Cri is a Pet Services Provider offering bespoke services to the local community and professionals from the Canary Wharf area. EC Stream worked with Mamma Cri to create a launch plan and develop an ongoing marketing strategy to allow for the continued growth of sales.

Standing out in a crowded local market
With Mamma Cri looking to offer services to a community where several pet services providers already existed, a need for a unique offering and strong brand positioning was required. EC Stream had to create a set of targeted messages and utilise existing channels to promote a new brand and raise interest among a small community.
OUR SOLUTION
A strategic launch built around community trust
EC Stream had to ensure that the business entered the market with an appealing proposition that allowed Mamma Cri to jump-start bookings and, consequently, sales. To achieve this, we employed a traditional approach by utilising visual assets across several local businesses that pet owners frequented, and we offered initial "meet & greets" to well-known individuals in the area. Alongside this, we launched a social media channel, where we promoted the latest pets that had joined the Mamma Cri family, and also joined a number of directories to offer services to professionals working in Canary Wharf.
