Repositioning a DMC brand in a competitive global market

Having moved from a DMC representation model to delivering its own services directly, Uniqueworld needed to reposition itself and clearly communicate its new value proposition to corporate clients. The brand required a new website aligned to its MICE delivery model, targeted messaging for direct corporate buyers, and consistent visibility across the UK and Spanish-speaking markets. As a brand in transition within a competitive space, Uniqueworld needed both a marketing consultant for small business growth and a PR and communications agency to support its relaunch.
